Return & Refund Policy Because every Londoner Cars print is made-to-order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse. All sales are final.

Damages and Issues In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right immediately at no cost to you.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue.

How to Report an Issue:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.

  2. Email us at hello@londonercars.com with your order number and the photos.

  3. We will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you immediately. No need to return the damaged item.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit and verified by the carrier, we will send a replacement free of charge.
